Demonstration School of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University promotes learning experiences that enable students to apply academic knowledge to real-life situations. As part of this initiative, Grade 10 students in the Medical Sciences Program participated in a biology learning activity that involved applying scientific knowledge to making bread using yogurt as an ingredient. ????????

The activity provided students with an opportunity to learn through Learning by Doing, connecting biological concepts with food production processes. Students explored and observed changes in ingredients while learning about the scientific principles involved in bread making.

Beyond subject-specific knowledge, the activity also helped students develop essential scientific process skills, including observation, questioning, analytical thinking, experimentation, problem-solving, and drawing conclusions based on practical experience. These skills encourage students to connect classroom knowledge with its practical applications in everyday life.

This hands-on learning experience reflects the educational approach of the Medical Sciences Program, which emphasizes both academic excellence and the practical application of knowledge. It aims to build a strong foundation in science and prepare students for further studies at the university level, particularly in science and health-related fields. ????????

From theory to practice—transforming scientific knowledge into meaningful applications in everyday life.
