The atmosphere of the foundation course for the 2026 academic year in Physical Education and Health Education for Grade 7 (M.1) students was filled with enthusiasm and meaningful learning. The lessons focused on helping students understand the importance of preparing the body before exercise.
Students practiced proper stretching techniques before participating in sports activities to help reduce the risk of injury and prepare their bodies for physical activity. Through hands-on practice, students learned safe and appropriate methods based on correct principles.
This activity encouraged students to recognize the importance of health care, understand injury prevention, and apply these practices appropriately in their daily lives.
